Artificial vision algorithm for earth station location from CubeSats in narrow beam optical communications

چکیده
Abstract The use of CubeSats promises several advantages within a low economical budget margin for different missions. Nowadays, data transfer through optical channels (lasercom) is considered potential technology satellite wireless communications, providing in terms rate with lower energy consumption. However, main drawback the location Optical Ground Station (OGS). Therefore, an artificial vision algorithm processing images captured by camera CubeSat proposed this work, order to carry out identification and recognition OGS means beacon signal, aid Pointing, Acquisition Tracking (PAT) onboard subsystem communication’s stage.
